Note of Overseas arrival revisions
The 2002r calendar year arrivals have been revised.
The reason for the revisions was to ensure the 2001 and 2002 arrivals
data are comparable to past arrivals data.
Shortly after September 11, 2001 the Immigration & Naturalization
Service implemented a policy that required all passengers
to and through (transit passengers) the U.S. to complete an I-94
arrivals form.
