expenses, i.e., lodging, food, entertainment, etc.
Passenger Fares Payments/Imports = Spending by U.S. citizens traveling outside
the U.S. on foreign flag carriers, and other misc. transportation.
r = revised estimates, based upon BEA estimates which were revised for 1998-2002
