Webinar: International Travel & Tourism Markets Australia and South Korea
On Thursday July 29, 2010 at 6:00pm EDT (3:00pm PDT), the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Travel and Tourism Industries (OTTI) and the Commercial Service Travel & Tourism Team will host the second in a series of webinars. This webinar on international travel and tourism markets will focus on the growing Asian markets of Australia and South Korea.
Here’s what people are saying about the first webinar presented by the Commerce Department’s travel and tourism experts last month:
“We would certainly attend future presentations. This was a fabulous piece of work and great delivery.
The July 29th webinar will cover international arrivals from Australia and South Korea, destinations most visited, spending patterns, and trends from these two rapidly increasing markets. The program will highlight critical data from the Office of Travel & Tourism Industries and market intelligence from the U.S. Commercial Service offices in Sydney, Australia and Seoul, South Korea. Participants will get a better understanding of the markets and will hear some expected trends for 2010 and beyond. Both countries are among the top 10 arrival for arrivals and are forecast to be within the top 5 for growth markets through 2014. Learn how to use some of the data to make better decisions and then couple it with the products and services within Commerce that can make you more effective in each.
