Make sure your destination/business is capturing its share of this significant
market – Take part in the 2004 Visit USA Seminars in Australia.
As the sixth largest overseas market to the U.S., the Australian market
is expected to maintain its high performance. With over 400,000 visitors
a year to the U.S., Australians are forecasted to approach the half-million
visitation mark by 2007. The U.S. ranks as the leading long-haul destination
for Australian travelers; the average traveler from “down-under”
stays 26 days in the U.S., and is typically a high spending visitor.
The Visit USA Seminars are a major event on the Australian travel industry
calendar, bringing together 1,300 travel agents in Sydney, Melbourne,
and Brisbane in February 2004. The Seminars are organized by the Visit
USA Organization, Australia, the official Visit USA Committee, and take
place in Melbourne on February 2nd, Sydney on February 4th, and Brisbane
on February 5th.
There are two ways for you to participate in these Seminars: fly to Australia
to exhibit; or participate in a U.S. Commercial Service Literature Distribution
Booth.
The U.S. Commercial Service in Australia Literature Distribution Booth
at the seminars can provide you an effective and cost-effective opportunity
to be promoted at this highly successful event. All you need to do is
forward brochures (via U.S. domestic mail) and payment, and the U.S. Commercial
Service will take care of the rest.
If you are interested in participating in the 2004 VisitUSA Seminars
in person or via the U.S. Commercial Service Literature Distribution Booth,
please contact:
