Approval of the new 1992 In-Flight Survey Advisory Board. An open question and answer period on any element of the program from methodology to programming, to questions on USTTA, or questions of one airline to another.

Throughout the day, the Capital Room will be available to view: copies of USTTA reports, presentations, and a software program that uses the USTTA In-Flight Survey data. This room can also be used to network with participants, and talk to members of CIC Research's staff about this project.
