Who should subscribe to the Barometer Survey program?

Today, constantly changing market conditions demand consistent and timely travel forecasts. The severe drop in international travel due to both economic downturn and the atrocities of 9/11 highlighted the dire need to collect and report changing market conditions in a more timely manner than what currently existed.

The Barometer program gathers qualitative input from "in-country" travel trade that sell, promote, or provide information on travel to the United States. The Barometer subscriptions provide U.S. businesses and destinations with a short-term forecast on travel demand and market conditions.

There are three levels of subscription:
  1. Core Subscription
  2. Destination Subscription
  3. Customized Subscription
